Angelique has worked as a Teaching Artist for 6 years with many companies across the country, including the Utah Shakespeare Festival, the Texas Shakespeare Festival, the Ghostlight Stage Company, the American Shakespeare Center, the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, and others. She has experience teaching in-school residencies, after-school classes, master classes, and individual coaching sessions. She has helped kids and newer actors find monologues, learn the basics, and teach them what to expect in an audition room. With more experienced actors, she provides personalized feedback, scene analysis, and practical tips to elevate their performance to the next level.
Areas of focus include Shakespeare and heightened language, personal storytelling and the creation of one-person shows, and stage combat. Whether you're just dipping your toes into the wonderful world of theater or are on your 500th audition, Angelique will be your coach and cheerleader, empowering you to showcase your talents with confidence and authenticity. |
